This page describes what we collect and what we do with it. Last updated October 15, 2026.
What we collect
The site collects information only when you give it to us.
- The contact form. Your name, business name, email, phone number, and message.
- The scheduler. When you book a call, Microsoft Bookings collects your name, email, phone number, and any notes you add.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it for security and to keep the site running.
We may also collect information related to the accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory services you request from us. This information is used solely to provide the professional services you have requested and to communicate with you regarding those services.
How we use it
To reply to you, to schedule and hold the call you booked, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who handles it on our behalf
- Cloudflare hosts the site and serves every page.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our email.
- Microsoft 365 holds our email and runs the booking calendar.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so Google's servers see a request from your browser when a page loads.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The Microsoft Bookings scheduler loads only when you open it, and it may set cookies that Microsoft needs to work.
How long we keep it
Messages and bookings stay in our email and calendar for as long as we need them to work with you. If you would like your inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Clients
Information you share with us as a client, including financial records, is handled under your engagement agreement rather than this notice. Client books are kept in QuickBooks, which is a service of Intuit, if applicable.
QuickBooks connection
As part of our engagement, we connect our internal software to clients' QuickBooks Online companies through Intuit's API. The software may read and write the company's accounting data, such as accounts, lists, transactions, reports, and attachments, and keeps a copy on firm-controlled computers. Only our personnel use it, and only to provide the services we have been engaged for. We do not sell or share this information.
A connection can be removed at any time from QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings, or by asking us.
